Social media management for aesthetic, dental, and wellness practices

Someone researches a provider for weeks before they book. Your account is part of that research whether you are managing it or not.

You are a provider, not a content team

You are in treatment rooms all day. Social sits with whoever has a spare hour, so it goes quiet for three weeks and then gets five posts at once. Meanwhile the practice down the street shows up every week and looks like the safer choice, whether or not it is.

Generic social media management does not fix this. It produces posts on a schedule, which is the easy half. What a practice needs is content aimed at somebody deciding whether to trust you with their face, their teeth, or their health.

Filming a provider who is not a performer

Most providers are not comfortable on camera and do not have a spare afternoon. So the content day is built around that rather than in spite of it.

01

Scripts written first

You are not asked to improvise. Every piece is scripted before I arrive, in language you would actually use with a patient, and you approve the scripts ahead of the shoot.

02

Two hours, once a month

Signature is a two-hour content day, Premium is four. That is the whole on-camera commitment. It runs on a shot list so nothing is decided while you stand there.

03

I direct, you talk

What to say, where to stand, when to stop. Most providers loosen up by the third take, which is why the shot list is ordered the way it is.

A West Hollywood dental practice

Built for patients who are nervous about the dentist or have avoided one for years. One Reel drove the July breakout after three months of consistent content. These figures show content visibility. Inquiries and booked appointments were not measured.

Shared anonymously at the client's request. This is currently the one practice result in the portfolio. The rest of the work is fitness, home services, and events, and I would rather tell you that than imply a roster I do not have.

Consent, approval, and who signs off

This is the question every practice asks on the first call. Here is exactly how it works.

01

Your provider approves everything

The doctor reviews and approves all content before it publishes. That includes before-and-after photos, testimonials, and any treatment-related messaging. Nothing goes out that has not been signed off.

02

Patients know before I arrive

The practice obtains patient permission before I come in, so nobody is surprised by a camera in the room. Patients know what to expect on a content day.

03

Written testimonials come from your existing reviews

Where you want written testimonials, they can be sourced from the practice’s own Google or Yelp reviews, subject to permission to reuse them.

04

Video testimonials start with you, not me

If a patient might be a fit for a video testimonial, the doctor or the front desk asks them first whether they are interested. I am only introduced after they have said yes.

05

You keep the files

All finished content is uploaded to Dropbox for you to access and download, during the engagement and after it.

To be clear about what this is and is not: this is my production process, not compliance advice. I am not a compliance consultant and I do not advise on HIPAA or on your profession's advertising rules. Your provider has final approval on everything, and your own compliance review sits inside that approval step.
