Content is reviewed through a shared approval system, and finished files are uploaded to Dropbox for you to download any time. One monthly strategy call is included. You always talk to me, never a rotating account manager.
Response Time
Routine messages get a response within two business days. Content is delivered for your approval within a week of each shoot, seven business days on Signature and five on Premium.
