A private gym and wellness community in Los Angeles with a premium in-person experience and a digital presence that did not match it.
Atrium Training Facility is a private gym in Los Angeles offering one to one personal training, group classes, and events. The in-person experience was premium. The digital presence did not reflect it.
Four problems, in their own framing: low conversion from followers to training or class sign-ups, inconsistent content format and messaging, underused storytelling and trainer visibility, and limited awareness of the community and the events.
Reels for trainer demos, event highlights and workout clips. Carousels for educational tips, FAQs and proof. Statics for class openings and service reminders. Visuals pulled from the physical space, modern and minimal, so the feed looked like the room feels.
Trainers presented as relatable experts rather than anonymous staff. Wellness mixers, workshops and challenges captured as they happened, to reinforce the exclusive yet inclusive feel the gym already had in person.
Direct calls to action on the posts that earned them. Book your first class. Sign up for personal training. Not every post asks, but the ones that do, ask plainly.
